Provides thought leadership on the program of work for HR Policy Association and its Center On Executive Compensation. Leads the development of the Association's Fundamentals education series, providing a strategic-level understanding of basic areas of Human Resources for senior professionals in HR, finance, and other disciplines.

Provides thought leadership on all aspects of the program of work for HR Policy Association's Center on Executive Compensation. Working with the Center team and Subscribers, conduct analysis of key and emerging issues that will impact executive compensation design, delivery and disclosure. Assist in developing the Center's public policy agenda, and meet with legislators and regulators on issues of importance to Center Subscribers. Leads the design and delivery of the Center's Fundamentals of Executive Compensation course.

The American Health Policy Institute (AHPI) is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) think tank, established to examine the impact of health policy on large employers, and to explore and propose policies that will help bolster the ability of large employers to provide quality, affordable health care to employees and their dependents. AHPI serves to provide thought leadership grounded in the practical experience of America’s largest employers.

Led the Human Resources and Communications function for Motorola, Inc. and Motorola Solutions following the Separation of Motorola into two independent publicly traded companies in January 2011. Responsibilities included internal and external communications, talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, benefits and compensation, recruiting and staffing, cultural competence, and HR operations. Primary management representative to the Compensation and Leadership Committee of the Motorola Solutions Board of Directors.

Led the design, development and implementation of compensation programs covering the management of the Bcom3 Group of advertising agencies. Provided HR Generalist support to the New York based corporate staff, including incident management on and after September 11, 2001. Managed accounting activities for Bcom3 holding companies and corporate staff. Bcom3 was acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2002.
