Engility is a spin-off of L-3’s Government Services Division effective in July 2012. Provided HR support to the Systems Engineering Business Unit (SEBU) consisting of over 200 employees administering human resources policies and procedures.

Provided HR and Recruiting support and guidance for the corporate office and 22 shopping center properties to include about 800 employees throughout the United States.

• Hired as a consultant to work on a temporary basis with the HR Business Partners and other recruiters to staff internal positions.
• Generated daily and weekly recruiting reports for Sr. Level Management.
• Supervised 2 recruiters and 1 coordinator.
• Sourced candidates, screened resumes, conducted phone interviews, developed sourcing strategies, posted positions, coordinated assessments and scheduled interviews for various openings.
• Worked with staffing agencies and negotiated contracts for temporary employees.

UE was a broker, lender and title company servicing 20 states. As an integral member of the HR team my focus was on Employee Relations and the full life-cycle recruitment of mortgage/sales professionals.
