I am a strong and enthusiastic self-starter who strives to achieve personal and organisation goals. I work to the principles of Continuous Improvement; constantly looking for better ways of doing things and encouraging others to do the same. I successfully negotiate, influence and manage key stakeholders from all levels of the organisation, utilising my experience from both the public and private sectors.I have also undertaken a number of voluntary roles to broaden my experience and actively participate in my local community.I have managed and been part of large and small teams, had responsibility for managing budgets and health and safety, working with a wide range of age and ability.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • I have contributed to a £5M project that is transforming back office functions through the implementation of new Information Technology. • I have taken a key role in the organisation of airshows and large events involving military, civilian and emergency service participants from both UK and overseas.• I have co-ordinated, planned, and staged successful product launch and motivational sales-force events.• I have utilised knowledge gained from Continuous Improvement training to deliver LEAN events leading to organisational development and change
