Role: Establish, nurture, and grow a new (commercial) flooring division within the Group. I have been the primary business developer, responsible for over 90% of sales across housing, construction, public & private sectors. Managing all client partnerships and oversea end-to-end project lifecycle management of multiple fast-moving schemes with major blue-chip partners such as Equans plc, Countryside Properties, BCEGI, Russell Homes, Anwyl Homes… This includes all bids and tenders, intense pricing comparisons with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure suitable ROI’s and developing pre-construction information / communication for streamline delivery.This all-encompassing role, includes establishing from the ground up creative sales, marketing, social & maintaining these successful strategies. My day is everything from deal maker, market researcher, CRM set up, deal negotiations, contract T&C’s, managing ‘red-line process, sales orders, VO’s, PO’s, planning and beyond. July 2022 the board re-branded from Walton Flooring to The Flooring Contractors. I managed full communications to my CRM ‘Pipedrive’ for all existing clients, prospects & supply chain. Comms was via face to face, virtual, trade shows, exhibitions, awards & various digital campaigns. Whilst continuing to smash all sales targets and expectations. I am a master juggler, I can be hiring, firing, onboarding, and training in a hybrid player/coach role. I manage a host of H&S documentations & accreditations including SMAS & CHAS....Regarding the wider Warehouse Brands Group - I’ve also facilitated board, pre-start site & strategy meetings including wholesale grass & wood imports from China & Vietnam and online retail businesses.
