Responsible for all accounting functions for the UA - Pulaski Technical College Foundation. Maintain the integrity of all the financial records for the foundation and assure all transactions are recorded appropriately using QuickBooks following generally accepted accounting principles. Oversee the investment of funds, including endowments, and supervise cash management activities. Manage the Foundation’s scholarship program including working with the board’s scholarship committees, soliciting applications, scheduling interviews, record-keeping, award notifications, and follow-up with recipients to make sure all donor requirements are met. Maintain the integrity of the DonorPerfect database by ensuring all gifts are recorded appropriately, verifying all information when entered and running reports to catch any errors. Contribute to creating the departmental budget; track revenues and expenditures to ensure all goals are met.
