Responsible for the implementation and coordination of projects pertaining to all aspects of the PORTA-FEED Program. Managed projects to ensure cost-effective and timely completion. Responsible for preparing spreadsheets, reports and graphs from software such as Access, Excel, Power Point, Word, SAP.Work with Sales, Marketing, Suppliers, Manufacturing and Logistics personnel in optimizing Nalco’s PORTA-FEED Program.

Responsible for ordering warehouse, raw, intermediate and finish products, in such a manner as to support required customer service levels and keep excess inventory to a minimum.

Receive and process domestic orders via telephone, fax, EDI, email, and Nalco Municipal website. Provide communication link to the customer, field sales force, Channel Management Center, and district offices regarding status, tracking, and updates of orders. Work with customers, sales, marketing, manufacturing, transportation, purchasing and/or the Customer Account Management Group to resolve problems related to the order processing cycle.
