I enjoy creating and leading meaningful experiences and programs that creatively engage and positively impact others, whether that's students in the classroom, executives at an event, or coaches at a workshop or athletes in training. With 25 years of professional experience, I have a passion for and experience in creative, strategic problem solving that results in continuous improvement. My career is highlighted by serving in newly created roles, launching new initiatives and program evaluation. I have been a part of many complex and diverse projects that required visioning, coordination of internal and external constituents, and collaborative partnerships. I am drawn to projects that allow me to think creatively, meaningfully contribute, connect people, evaluate and improve programs and have fun. My love of learning, along with goal setting, has led to many unique experiences including leading execution of a 2,500 person black-tie fundraising dinner, providing 10,000 sports uniforms to area youth teams, and developing programs to serve the next generation of leaders. It has also led to skydiving, doing a "polar bear dip" in Montreal and playing tackle football on a championship women's team. (I have the ring to prove it.) In addition to my professional life, I also serve my community, volunteering for many years on the board of Detroit PAL, co-founding the Detroit Volleyball Coaches Association, mentoring young people, and providing expert training to sports coaches. Projects and Partnerships: Super Bowl XL, 2009 Men's Final Four, Motown Winter Blast, America's Thanksgiving Parade, Camp Moxie with Girl Scouts of SE Michigan, Detroit PAL Volleyball Championships, Entrepreneur YOU Pitch Competition with Walsh College, Be a Tiger for Kids for Cornerstone Schools, Clear Control for THAW and more.
