Woods & Watts Effect is a team of transformation engineers. We are a solutions driven company that understands how important it is for everyone to continuously reassess our biases. This includes understanding them, identifying ways to shift our thinking to inclusivity, and ultimately implementing an action plan. As change agents, we have consistently demonstrated our ability to evaluate a system; understand the functionality of the system; dismantle the system; and successfully rebuild the system. Our successes are based on our collective real life experiences. We have personally experienced systemic racism and sexism. We intimately understand the nuances of how organizations intentionally and unintentionally perpetuate “isms.” Our team also realizes the abhorrent impact that “isms” can potentially leave on your psyche, when your experience is one that continually says you you’re not enough.
