• Offered the same position and title at the new company created out of Sears Holdings bankruptcy, transitioned to new company.• Continued managing team of 6 onshore individuals along with all other duties listed in the Sears Holdings Senior IT Systems Manager role below.Most recent additional assignments, running concurrently:• Program Manager for the Financial Systems Bankruptcy plan, tracking all required IT system changes and reporting status across many individual projects and functional areas.• Program Manager for our Lease Accounting (Lucernex) implementation which included the consolidation of data from two legacy mainframe systems into the new vendor-hosted system.• Program Manager over Financial Systems Mainframe Migration and Data Center Exit projects to migrate between 30-60 applications to the Cloud (AWS, GCP and private vendor clouds). Project Manager on several of the individual application migration plans.

• Manage a team of 13 onshore individuals (reduced over time).• Manage the team’s upgrades, enhancements, support, maintenance, etc. on Financial, Legal, Real Estate and Corporate applications following SDLC guidelines ranging from mainframe (including old Assembler) to java custom built applications and Oracle to server/desktop distributed packaged software, some internally hosted, some SaaS model. Currently responsible for a total of 72 applications which include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Allowances, Tax and Treasury. • Coordinate management of dotted line shared offshore teams in India for development and support (total of 24 offshore resources currently).• Manage business relationships with key business partners in both local and remote locations (TX, DE, MI and India), understanding their needs, prioritizing work requests, creating a strategy for the applications.• Partner with IT Compliance, Internal Audit and External Audit teams to complete all SOX, HIPPA, PCI activities and project audits, reviews of controls and required standards.• Prepare funding requests with my director and business partners for executive level presentations.• Winner “2014 CIO Award Individual” for spearheading the requirements, design and testing of a custom IT annual budget planning tool.• Perform waterfall project management on small and large-scale projects as needed ($3M+), including Ariba implementation. Utilize a non-standard type of Agile approach on some pieces of projects when allowed. • Program Manager over several Program/Project Managers (some in role, some in title) on various size projects.
