I was responsible for managing the business support team within the Estate Office, as well as finance and the daily operation of the two Holiday Cottages on the property. My contract was soon extended and then a role was created supporting the General Manager, Heads of Department and point person for special projects on the Estate. Today, post pandemic reset, I manage the relationship with the events team at the Cliveden House Hotel, providing ground hire scheduling, communications, contracts and invoicing and budget control for weddings and events. I am also responsible for compliance training for staff on the Estate, digital data management, archiving and retention, as well as the lead for IT implementation and budgets. -
