About Michele Lair
Over 33 years of HR experience. Worked 20+ years within a large military organization where I gained considerable experience in Human Resources Generalist and Management level positions. I began my career in HR in 1991 and advanced through positions of increased authority and decision-making in the Federal Government with the final position as the Deputy Director of Human Resources from 2003 - 2009 in the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. In 2009 I pursued opportunities outside of the Federal Government and accepted a position with HB Management Group and Kleen-Tech Services, LLC as the Director of Human Resources overseeing HR management for over 2100 employees. In 2015 I was promoted into the position of Director of HR and Payroll overseeing both Human Resources and Payroll Departments for Kleen-Tech Services. In 2023 returned to HR in the federal government as an HR Manager supporting the Colorado National Guard’s full-time force in various HR specialties.
