As a practicing physical therapist for over 25 years, I believe in an eclectic approach to rehabilitation. I have an extensive background in manual therapy and prescriptive exercise. My patients see significant improvement and return to activity when provided with a combination of hands on physical therapy, specific exercise prescription, and extensive education surrounding their dysfunction including tips for prevention of future injuries. Patients will receive a comprehensive and collaborative approach to help them regain full function and return to sport. I hold complementary certifications in Functional Dry Needling through Kinetacore/Evidence in Motion, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor.
