As a Fellow at the GO Foundation, I am dedicated to driving educational equity and supporting the academic and personal growth of underrepresented students. My primary role involves partnering with educators to design and implement tailored learning experiences that empower students to reach their full potential. I serve as a mentor, guiding students through academic challenges while also nurturing their social-emotional development, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.In addition to my responsibilities as a Fellow, I proudly take on the role of Team Lead Fellow in the classroom. In this leadership capacity, I oversee a team of educators, guiding our collective efforts to create a cohesive and dynamic learning environment. I ensure that our strategies are not only aligned with the foundation’s mission but also adapted to meet the unique needs of our students. My leadership focuses on fostering collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to educational excellence.
