- Project manage (internal) development and growth of new NENW WRHS Base atthe Tamworth Airport- Management of the marketing and promotions team and approximately 300regional volunteers- Accountability for budget and financial performance- Stakeholder engagement and investment and event management including theannual Charity Ball for over 1000 guests- Development of the financial sustainability strategy for the NENW base anddevelopment of strategic plans to ensure the sustainability of operations- Identification, engagement and relationship management of corporate sponsorsincluding Westpac, Santos, Essential Energy and Tamworth Regional Council- Volunteer attraction, recruitment, training and retention- Contract negotiations and securing, corporate, private and Government fundingfor asset development including the construction of new world-class $3.5mhelicopter base
