As a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter at Morgan Engineering, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. I leverage my skills in talent development and education in HR Management to create and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's mission and values. Prior to joining Morgan Engineering in March 2024, I was the Director of Campus Recruitment and Development at Northwestern Mutual, where I attracted and developed top talent from colleges and universities. I also managed the sales and leadership development programs, overseeing the training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of the participants. Before that, I was a Sales Manager at Carters Inc., where I assusted in overseeing the sales operations and customer service of a million dollar store, and helped supervise a staff of 12 associates. I have more than three years of work experience in human resources and sales, and I am currently pursuing an associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Stark State College.
