• Plan and coordinate Conference events for the division; including sourcing venues, contracting with vendors, negotiating rates and overseeing the execution of the event.• Support the division’s Strategic Planning initiatives; including developing goals, initiatives, reporting and holding the division accountable for meeting defined targets.• Serve as project coordinator for numerous internal business projects with management, which includes logistical, operational, and budget implications. • Ensure adherence to project timelines and standards, (e.g. restructuring meetings for efficiency, developing divisional reporting processes)• Single point of contact over multiple divisions and reporting up to SMD/President.• Provide comprehensive support for a department of 300+ associates, the President of PennyMac Loan Services and four managing directors• Act as the primary liaison between the division and Human resources.• Provide assistance with job descriptions, staff requisitions, recruitment, employee status changes and training.• Coordinate and develop content and decks for division meetings.• Administer the division employee incentive program.• Perform various administrative duties; including booking travel, expense reports, meeting management, order office supplies and general administrative support as needed.• Manage ad hoc reports for the sales team
