I have been a Quality Assurance Analyst for over 12 years working in the financial industry. I have extensive testing experience with IVR applications, Salesforce.com and AS400. Before becoming a QA Analyst I was a developer and have used those skills to better understand how programs work and help developers understand any defects I find while testing. I have worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, credit card processing companies and vendors.I would like to continue my career in a QA Lead position that still allows me the ability to be a hands on tester.Specialties: I am an advocate of the customer.
