I work specifically across two departments within Assurance- Asset Wealth Management and RAS. My day to day responsibilities include updating and monitoring our internal staff scheduling system- TalentLink, managing leave requests, processing overtime leave on the company's overtime leave database, preparing reports for staff utilization purposes and completing the annual requisition process where we plan for next years busy season and the staffing of jobs.I also manage the Firm Study Leave process within Assurance Planning for ACA students on the team. My role involves working closely with Team Leaders and all Assurance Managers to ensure that each client job has the appropriate mix of staff grades, with the right skills, at the right time. I also have regular dealings with other departments in the company and work closely with HR, Students Affairs, STA Team, Training and the Finance Department to manage staff planning within Assurance in PwC.
