Raise awareness of Tenacity and its programs by publicizing, promoting, and positioning Tenacity as a leader in youth development programming working with underserved youth in Boston, Worcester, and Chelsea. Work as a thought leader to elevate and extend the Tenacity brand across the organization and with target audiences including donors, volunteers, and partners.

Create and lead a strategic communications plan for the organization. Directed rebrand of Future Chefs to create a more effective website and roll out of new branding and identity.
