Leader in building the company's business development pipeline and portfolio. Over the last 2 years, with a 70% win rate, I have been instrumental in the company's winning more than $73M in new contract, grant, and BPA awards with over 15 diverse Federal, state, and local agencies. I am an effective partnership developer with large and small businesses and have a decade of established connections in workforce dev and education. Most recently, I began leading the U.S. Department of Labor's WorkforceGPS Technical Assistance BPS TA contract ($30M ceiling). As the Project Director for DoDEA's Grant Management, I oversaw the design and development of a grant management services website (www.dodeagrantees.org) with a custom-built community of practice, grant reporting, and financial management system. For the DOL's Division of Research and Evaluation project, I lead the work that supports state and local entities in building capacity for conducting research and evaluation activities to expand the evidence base for what works in workforce development. Previously, I was the Project Director for the DOL Office of Apprenticeship, Closing the Skills Gap Grantee TA and Grant Management project and implemented a coaching cadre, TA and performance management activities, and built and developed content for a grantee community on WorkforceGPS. For OCTAE, Division of Adult Education and Literacy, I am an SME who has worked on multiple projects including 4 integrated education and training TA projects, an online business-education collaboration toolkit, and a qualitative analysis of state adult education annual report narratives. As the Project Director, I led the Planning for Research and Evaluation of Adult Education and Literacy Activities project, and was an SME for the Department's follow-on project with the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) for the National Assessment of Adult Education Activities under WIOA.
