In year 1 (FY24), under my leadership, the team, in collaboration with the JFF's business units closed $35M in government business opportunities, submitted more than $115M in proposals (for both FY24 and FY25), and built a pipeline to over $300M. Our overall win rate--70%! We established more than a dozen new processes/policies and designed a government proposal development toolkit to support our business development operations and growth. JFF is going into the next fiscal year solidly positioned for more growth and I am energized to see JFF's expertise expand to support communities, organizations, and government in transforming systems and removing barriers to quality jobs for $75M Americans by 2030.

For the DOL's Division of Research and Evaluation project, I lead the work that supports state and local entities in building capacity for conducting research and evaluation activities to expand the evidence base for what works in workforce development. Previously, I was the Project Director for the DOL Office of Apprenticeship, Closing the Skills Gap Grantee TA and Grant Management project and implemented a coaching cadre, TA and performance management activities, and built and developed content for a grantee community on WorkforceGPS. For OCTAE, Division of Adult Education and Literacy, I am an SME who has worked on multiple projects including 4 integrated education and training TA projects, an online business-education collaboration toolkit, and a qualitative analysis of state adult education annual report narratives. As the Project Director, I led the Planning for Research and Evaluation of Adult Education and Literacy Activities project, and was an SME for the Department's follow-on project with the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) for the National Assessment of Adult Education Activities under WIOA.

Deputy Project Director for the Designing Instruction for Career Pathways project funded by the U.S. Department of Education, OVAE. Managed the day-to-day execution of the client's contract, conducted regional training events on Designing Contextualized Instruction for Adult Career Pathways, coordinated, edited, and contributed to the development of six online courses for teachers and other stakeholders on ACP design and implementation relevant topics, managed the content and creation of a bi-monthly ACP e-newsletter, executed the resource center strategy for collection of instructional career pathways resources and materials, in particular bridge course resources for adults. Led the development of career pathways technical assistance training and delivered or co-delivered the training in over 10 locations around the country. Also, created the concept and content for live webcasts featuring national experts and OCTAE staff as well as other ACP related events. Supported the development and expansion of the online ACP community and website which has subsequently transitioned to the LINCS online community of practice. As the Community Manager, I successfully managed the transition of the LINCS community from a listserv to the Drupal 7 platform. Worked with a team and led the creation and implementation of the community functions and features of the LINCS community. Coordinated the LINCS Community Advisory Board. Grew the LINCS community to over over 6,000 members in 16 public groups led by 15 subject matter experts.
