•Responsible for the classification of 2,600 staff employees into over 450 jobs which are grouped into 15 job families.•Ensure competitiveness in the marketplace by participating in over 20 salary surveys and analyzing both internal and external pay trends.•Draft job descriptions for research, finance, administrative, hospitality, IT and fund raising positions.•Administer the Campus rewards and recognition programs which includes an annual budget of $20,000.•Administrator for the Campus 9/80 Alternative Work Week program, including communicating wage and hour laws to line managers and working closely with Payroll, Audit and the General Counsel’s Office to ensure Institute compliance.•Review and approve an average of 10 personnel requisitions a week.•Review and approve an average of 15 requests for bonuses, pay changes and other employee status changes per week•Create and analyze confidential management reports for the Associate Vice President of HR.•Draft Executive Compensation documents for board approval.•Conduct Annual Salary Increase with supporting documentation for staff population.•Develop compensation policies.•Provide benefits customer service for staff, faculty, retirees and students.•Oversee the Retiree Premium Reimbursement Program, which pays out over $200,000 annually to qualified Caltech and JPL retirees.•Organize the benefits annual open enrollment fair and flu shot clinic that hosts all the Caltech benefits vendors and distributes over 1500 flu shots in a 6 hour day.•Serve as a guest speaker for the Annual Caltech Supervisor’s Conference.•Organized a two day compensation conference with a $3,000 budget for 14 Ivy Plus schools.•

•Interviewed an average of 15 clerical or accounting candidates a week to place in one of the over 300 client companies who rely on Denham Resources for their temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire staffing needs.Interviewed potential candidates for positions with my clients.
