Michelle holds a Bachelors degree from University of Bath in Accounting and Finance. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).Michelle is currently a Director in Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management.Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Michelle was a Manager of the Financial Services Risk and Regulations in PwC with more than 6 years of experience, specializing in providing regulatory advisory services to financial institutions. She has led several regulatory reviews and internal control reviews for various domestic and foreign financial institutions including retail, commercial and private banks, the Hong Kong Branch of foreign banking groups, asset and wealth managers and insurance companies. Furthermore, she has comprehensive knowledge towards AML/CTF and investment product selling process requirements in Hong Kong. In terms of commercial experience, she had secondment in the AML Team of a Private Bank and Internal Audit of an investment bank.
