Deep understanding of business requirements, able to accurately translate business needs into candidate profiles. Insight into the talent market, with a profound understanding of reaching target groups. 2. Work closely with client’s hiring managers or TA operations while simultaneously developing recruitment plans and strategies to fill requested positions. Utilizing recruiter professional services to identify new candidates and match them to opportunities based on their skills, goals, and interests and the role’s requirements. 3. Managed Full Cycle recruiting efforts for direct hire and EOR positions in Sales&BD, Marcom, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain and related fields. Deeply involved in coordinating interview scheduling across time zones, unforeseen circumstances, interview feedback, progress tracking, offer negotiation, and onboarding, etc. 4. Proactively develop pipelines of potential talent for upcoming roles. Keep up to date with industry news.5. Train all new and incoming recruiters on full-cycle recruiting strategies such as: sourcingand screening candidates, salary/rate/benefits negotiation, interview preparation, contractor conflict resolution.
