Michelle R. Conway, MBA is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, educator, and motivational speaker with a passion for empowering young professionals. She currently serves as an Instructor of Entrepreneurship and Management in Misericordia University's College of Business. Conway is the author of "If You're in Your Twenties, Read This," which encourages young professionals to embrace their unique journey, celebrate their inexperience, and transform. As the Founder of The Orange Butterfly Effect, she established an organization dedicated to igniting the transformative power within individuals on their personal and professional growth journeys.With a deep commitment to business growth and individual development, Conway has mentored over 200 businesses in various critical areas, including business development, business planning, market analysis, leadership development, and strategic planning.Conway actively engages in leadership activities and contributes to professional organizations. Conway acts as a faculty advisor for the Collegiate Division of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and is a board member of the Reading Science Center (RSC).As a proud alumna of Wilkes University, Conway attained her MBA with a concentration in leadership and completed her undergraduate studies in Marketing with high honors. Graduating summa cum laude in both degrees, she was honored with the Dean's Award for Outstanding Graduate of the Jay S. Sidhu School of Business and Leadership, as well as the Most Outstanding Student in Marketing Award.
