Responsibilities include:• Optimizing vessel utilization in volume and contribution for the Gulf Pacific area of U.S.A. • including communicating with several department including Trade Management Slot Control with focus on maximizing the result. • Market Analysis and creation of Target programs aimed at increasing Market Share in specific trades and segments that are attractive for the company.• Consolidate and analyze data to assist in the Budgeting and Forecasting budgeting process .• Monitor Customer Performance compared to the Budget and communicate with Sales and Management to drive the missing volumes. • • Coach and train a team of 5 members including providing guidance to Sales Executives on new processes and procedures while remaining an on going support.
