I am responsible for the development of the Aubrey England Handbag range; working closely with the designer I oversee all aspects of development from working closely with eth factories and suppliers on product and negotiation on price. I manage all aspects of the critical path from design to delivery. I oversee the Sales team and have contact with all key customers. I work with our dedicated press officer on all aspects of marketing and press for the brand. I manage the E-Commerce manager and ensure that the website is regularly updated and that sales targets are met.I am responsible for budgets and setting sales targets and work closely with the Financial controller to ensure that budgets are met and sales targets are achieved. I am responsible for meeting all margins on product and am very numerically skilled.
