Team Leader - Clinical And Occupational Health
Current◆ Report to Health Operations Manager / Medical Director, Occupational Health and assumed responsibility and accountability for leading, mentoring and managing the clinical and emergency response team ◆ Organise and perform a range of Fit for Work (FTW) and Medical Surveillance (MS) assessments, including spirometry and audiometry as well as Drug and Alcohol testing to help employers control the use of intoxicants in the workplace ◆ Assess the risks associated with every working environment and design appropriate preventive programmes including health promotion, yearly, seasonal and occupational vaccinations ◆ Conduct ergonomic workstation assessments to workers onsite as required◆ Provide education and training to workers on health issues◆ Advise on, update and assist in development of bespoke health standards, policies and procedures, and induction manuals for organisations within multiple industries ◆ Lead the clinical team to ensure efficient delivery of exceptional primary health care and evacuation – air / ambulance ◆ Perform the duties of a Rehab & Return to Work Coordinator and oversee injury management and rehabilitation ◆ Prepare complex monthly reporting and maintain clinic inventory – medication and consumables
