• Experience with both public and private company clients in a variety of industries including Retail and Consumer and Industrial Products•Extensive SEC experience while providing assistance to public clients with respect to the preparation and filings of forms 10-K, 10-Q, and S-8 to ensure compliance.• Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of clients, including scheduling, budgeting, task delegation, documentation review, training, and preparation of audit deliverables• Supervised teams of up to 20 team members to ensure timely completion of tasks; reviewed areas of staff audit focus• Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient and serve as a liaison between clients and upper management• Provide feedback and recommendations to clients concerning audit adjustments, control deficiencies, and business process improvements.• Understand and utilize PWC’s Audit Methodology, which includes interpretation and formulating conclusions on respective accounting guidance under US GAAP.• Participated in audit committee meetings and prepared summaries of audit results and recommendations for improvements to internal controls for presentation to audit committees.
