Lead a staff of 8 dispatch coordinators• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, terminating. • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of pumping, electrical, and fuel management systems for retail petroleum stations, large-scale industrial manufacturing plants, utility providers, transit services, and public works yards.• Set up and manage client accounts, schedule and manage budgets for Preventative Maintenance Programs. • Schedule and assign technicians to appropriate assignments, work together with dispatch coordinators and other project managers to ensure safe, smooth delivery of services.• Manage workforce team of 45 technicians, and 100+ subcontractors of all tradesAdditional Information· Managed the implementation of the business’ new integrated software system in 2012.
