Review all Budgets, Purchase Orders, Change Orders and also set-up new budgets. Audit checks that have been currently processed to make sure that all documentation is in the system for auditing purposes, as well as creating funding packets per check run. Assess taxes for each property and pay the necessary taxes to each state. Post Refunds, manual checks & fees/tax in Dynamics. Create weekly database for AHT. Update procedures for department, as well as training when needed. Works with other departments within company to help assist with process improvements. Reconcile budgets.

I currently work as an Assistant Manager. I oversee 3 employees to make sure that their deadlines are met, assist them with working invoices, work statements, month end, close, review weekly reports, assess fees and taxes, pay taxes online, reconcile vendor accounts.

Funding checks runs, bank rec, Insurance recap, Insurance recon, posting manual checks, issued purchase orders or change orders for fees/taxes, financials and assist APC's with working fees or taxes.
