As a highly successful NVQ assessor and skills coach, supporting learners through their learning journeys through multiple disciplines including childcare, customer service, team leading, Business Admin and operational management via frameworks and new standards up to level 5 (including functional skills) of more than eight years. I have supported skill coaches in both child care and management. I have supported skills coaches to support learners timely and look at areas for improvement; IQA’ing all work that the skill coaches load onto the e portfolio, along with working closely with the other IQA’s, also attending QI meetings. Further to this, I have reached objectives and have recruited new skills coaches, looking at current skill sets within my own area of control and the customer base. I have dealt with high levy paying companies to insure both the objectives of the business we support is met and our own long term strategic objectives. I have Liaised with senior leadership team directly, presenting reports on achievers, out of funders and potential withdrawals from programs. Beyond this I supported new skills coaches in their vision to create a new type of workshop encapsulating the VARK to support NHS clients, presented plans and supported this by giving them resources, overseeing and supporting their strategy. I have also worked with other Assistant regional managers who looks after the sales team with a common vision to bring divisions together, the objective to make a team that will support one another and share expertise.
