Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of operational programs and expense management in my assigned market. I support and advocate my stores through change and manage operations. I work cross functionally with peers and the Customer Support Center on a frequent basis to continuously improve the organization's Customer, Financial and Internal experience. Some of my essential functions and responsiblites are; working closely with Store Management, Market Director and Regional Director of Operations to ensure alignment wiht overall company and regional strategy and focus of achievement of key performance metrics while increasing sales and profitability. Critiquing store operating systmes, policies, procedures, and processes for opportunities for improvement. Delivering consistent reporting, providing trend analysis, and supporting the stores in creation and deployment of plans to improve their financial performance. Providing an ongoing support for exsisting operational programs and store systems to ensure efficient customer service and employee productivity. Direct and assist other functions as they relate to overall responsibility of the Regional Director of Operations, Divisonal Director of Operations and the Vice President of Store Operations Support.
