I am an entrepreneur, and recently opened my own law practice, Easter Law, PLLC. I am dedicated to helping individuals and families find legal solutions that are tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. My practice areas include: Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate, Elder Law, and Civil Litigation. My past experience allows me to bring unique skills to the areas of law I practice. This includes using exceptional client relation skills that demonstrate the ability to resolve difficult situations with sensitivity and discretion. Therefore, effectively analyzing each case through risk analysis, mitigation, and problem solving. Before law school, I worked for over 15 years in corporate management. While working in the corporate environment I directed a staff of over 20 employees, including five professional roles. I collaborated with the Michigan Public Service Commission in developing utility billing rules and regulations for the state of Michigan. I also participated in designing new legislative bills to incorporate new utility shut off requirements which included several work groups sessions with State Representatives. During this time I was responsible for reviewing and modifying contractual agreements, and business contracts to enhance financial and procedural requirements. I also successfully administrated and negotiated several informal hearings regarding utility compliance.
