I am driven by the belief that our collective action can bring about a fairer world, one where opportunity, choice, and agency to build the life you want is made possible for all. Currently, this drive is channeled in my collective-impact work with colleges and universities in the U.S. who are striving to build institutional cultures that set the stage for students to succeed and thrive after graduation. Prior to this role, I earned my master's in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I deepened my expertise in how to design federal, state, and institutional policy interventions to embed equity in pathways to and through college and career. I pursued grad school after six years of working in international affairs, where my roles advanced cross-cultural understanding and conflict resolution across the U.S., MENA, and South Asia.Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, I'm fluent in Turkish and am a student of Spanish, Russian, and American Sign Language.If any of this resonates, or you care about social policy/impact, let’s connect!
