My role is working with our clients and team on creating a newly renovated space that is functional, timeless and works within their budget.-Collaborating with the president and designer on floor plans, sketches, and visual presentations to illustrate how Next Step Innovations view interpreted for the client’s personal space.-Ensure fiscal goals are achieved through design projects and gallery design consulting-Select all finishes with the clients and ensure continuity in the design. -Lead multiple remodel projects of various sizes.

Bullet Collective is an external design consultancy with successful, long lasting client relationships. Partner as a Creative Direction, Designer, Project Manager, Merchant and Buyer to become familiar with client processes and build trust with in house teams in challenging environments. Provide creative direction, color palette creation and seasonal trend analysis. Designed collections, sourced fabrics, created tech packs from initial prototype to final sales samples.Clients include: Roots, LIJA, Paper Label, Columbia, FILA, RC Products, Sherpa, Society Nine, Tentree, Memteks, Icebreaker, Stio and Orb.
