Developed schedule and expanded data to support all facets of migration: planning, site testing, user lists, bot and end user engagement, migration status, triage, analytics, and progress/forecast statistics for executive reporting. • Telework Survey/Covid Response: Developed/administered Telework survey to all ETSO and TSO resources to capture Telework impacts to physical space needs for IT resources. Summarized data and provided analysis outlining “time onsite” activities, telework designation, physical space needs, and opportunities for footprint reduction. • Log4j Remediation Data Collection: Established Teams site, sourced and organized reference material, identified stakeholders and POCs, developed data collection template and worked with DCs to drive and assist in data collection for the purpose of capturing remediation efforts and risk assessment data across the Commonwealth. • Prepared project request proposals, managed approval process and established project profiles in the project portfolio.
