I have the honour to lead UCW's 10-person business development team in Latin America and the Caribbean. As the team's leader, I strive to ensure that we service all of our stakeholders in the best way possible. We prioritize supporting our agents and other partners, so they can be successful, drive new business for UCW, and aim to bring value to the markets from where we recruit.
