I design channel specific integrated marketing strategies and turn them into engaging customer experiences in B2B & B2C environments. Starting with the audience, my Anthropology education provides me with a unique perspective into understanding customer segments at a granule level and creating actionable insight. With a strong marketing generalist foundation, I truly grasp the “big picture”, along with all the marketing tools at my disposal, allowing me to take those customer insights and built effective integrated marketing campaigns. Developing a content strategy that can be driven through identified marketing channels and is supported by direct mail, email, social media, PPC advertising, website advertising, trade show integration, sales supporting pieces and ongoing analysis involves many different teams within an organization. Successfully executing these integrated campaigns depends on strong cross-functional team leadership that can build buy-in and coordinate efforts throughout the lifetime of each campaign. My strong leadership comes from vision and demonstrated hard work, and by creating excitement and buy-in to make my vision a shared vision. I am unfailingly positive and create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, which leads to teams that work hard towards collectively achieving success. With experience in managing direct teams, cross-functional teams, and agencies, along with working intimately with upper management and distribution partners, I excel in breaking down barriers and achieving results that would be unattainable through predetermined structures.
