My dissertation focuses on the intersection of motherhood of dependent aged children, race, and the barriers and opportunities to run for office. my MA research is focused on the gendered self-presentation of Canadian sub-national political leaders in Western Canada. My general research interests include gender & policy, political behaviour and public opinion. Previously I have experience as a Communications Strategist and Engagement Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry.
