Although I have experience in business, staffing, finance, accounting, technology, marketing and health for over 30 years; one of my biggest challenges has been working as a carer for two people in my life. I have found I have needed every one of my skills to coordinate care for a communication challenged big brother and age defiant mother in recent years. I have been navigating the intricacies of the NDIS & Aged Care/ Home Care systems and honour those who provide quality care and experiences in this space. I have met some very skilled humans in this in these areas and they have been a big part of my own personal development.
