• Verify that our pensioner's tax panels are set correctly according to the state they reside on a monthly basis. Make sure any corrections needed are done before payroll confirm. • Processing and printing of the W2c's.• Review monthly queries for the MUSTAX process and make any necessary adjustments to the employee's taxes needed.• Process tax adjustments for employee's with FICA issues due to a visa status change or for resident and/or work location changes.• Make sure that our team's documentation stays updated. • Work with our EKG department to solve employee's questions and problems with there paycheck, W2 or tax issues.• Work with our Corrections team to insure that all changes made to an employee's panels in PeopleSoft are correct. Process a tax adjustment if necessary.• Communicate with our EKG group on a semi monthly basis to inform them of any adjustments made to an employee's FICA via email so they can contact the employee.• Assist my Supervisor and team in the quarter end balancing and adjustments.• Keep our team informed of daily activities by providing a calendar with assigned day to day responsibilities.• Assisting in our year end process by running queries, verifying the information and making the necessary adjustments.• Assist in the testing of any enhancements to the MUSTAX process.• Process the ADP wires for our Partnership group monthly
