After High School, I worked at a family owned restaurant in Port Elizabeth for a few months. While working as a waitress I also started working at a debt collecting company as a temp for a month, job title being data capturer. I had to leave that job as it was my time to leave South Africa and travel to my next destination - the United States of America. I then worked as an Au Pair from August 2011 to May 2013, it was a life changing experience. Before I went to the USA I was a shy introvert and travelling to the other side of the world alone, forced to find my own feet, I found my voice. My time as an Au Pair in America came to an end and I had to return home. After a few months of job hunting, I found another job as an Au Pair. I stayed on with the family for a year, that is when I got the opportunity to enter the travel industry. I started working as a Travel Agent at Pentravel in September 2014, I then left Pentravel in August 2019 and joined a wonderful company, Azure Travel, as a Travel Expert. I am currently still working at Azure Travel.
