• Responsible for the full scope of general administration function which encompasses of Asset management, procurement, inventory control, dispatch services, systemize storage, purchase/lease of appropriate equipment, office supplies, payment administration, vendor management ( inclusive of review of performance service agreements when in due ) and etc. • Responsible for planning, setting standards and establishing procedures for general administration to achieve cost effectiveness, accuracy, good coordination and optimum performance.• Review and monitor on cost effectiveness regarding to support and logistic services secured for the company.• Continuous effort in improving the support services, work efficiency, higher productivity and risk management. • Reviewing Bulk Purchase to further optimize the cost incurred. • Maintain accuracy, reliability, efficiency and timeliness in reporting to all relevant parties/ authorities. Ensure that all reports completed accurately within due date eg Compliance/ Audir/ Complaint Management/ Operating Leasing/ CSR/ Outsourcing Assessment/ Functional Risk Assessment/ List of Regulatory Report/ Call Tree review and etc.• Analyzing Monthly expenses to ensue expenditure fall within in budgeted amount and escalate red flag to Management when need arises.• To manage all new tenancies for the Technical Advisors and Expatriates within the stipulated timeline and reviewing all existing tenancies with the interest of the company protected. • Projects (Renovation / Relocation) Management - Efficient completion of project timeline with best market practice on pricing / cost ( projects delivered eg refurbishment of KK branch , relocation of Tawau & Segamat Branch, New set up of PJ Sales outlet and etc)
