As an RBT at Key Center school I work with different BCBA’s (board certified behavioral analyst) and BCaBA’s implementing behavior plans and behavior interventions to special need students receiving ABA therapy in a classroom setting.I work one on one and in groups with different students in classes. I work closely with the classroom teacher and work with different students running token boards ultimately reducing behavior in the classroom. I take daily data collection for the student I am working with, and run daily goals with them. When students are not in the class some daily tasks is cleaning and disinfecting all around the classroom and setting up individualized work for each student for the next morning
