Led the transition & integration of MUFG UnionBank procurement organization into U.S. Bank • Responsible for MUFG UnionBank contracts that transitioned to U.S. Bank, representing $1B in spend across 2500+ contracts.• Responsible for MUFG UnionBank procurement employees (~ 30) that transitioned to U.S. Bank• Managed total procurement organization including Sourcing, Governance, Contracts, Policies/Procedures, Processes, Metrics/Reporting, etc.• Worked closely with U.S. Bank’s Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to integrate the team, policies/procedures and processes into U.S. Bank • Led the MUFG UnionBank team, processes, and procedures separately from U.S. Bank for 6 months (until full system integration was achieved) due to separate bank charters • Developed process, metrics and reporting of MUFG UnionBank contract dispositions and go-forward plans post integration

Led the Information Technology Sourcing & Contracts organization for the purchase of Information Technology products and services at the bank. - Led the team that was responsible for approximately $700 million in annual spend for IT hardware, software (including SaaS), Information Security and services contracts with external IT suppliers.- Support and partnered with the CIOO (Chief Information & Operations Officer) and the IT Leadership team- Manage executive supplier relationships with key IT suppliers- Communicate and manage supplier performance expectations and hold supplier reviews- Integral in preparing the bank for 1-year prior to the acquisition of UnionBank by U.S. Bank, including Cloning Agreements, Assignments of contracts, closing contracts and negotiating shorter-term Agreements.- Assigned to lead the procurement organization that was moved over to U.S. Bank upon the acquisition.

Led the indirect supply chain Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Infrastructure team at Boeing. Responsible for approximately $1 Billion in annual spend for hardware, software (including SaaS) and services (including "as a service" models) contracts with external IT infrastructure suppliers. These supplier contracts and relationships were associated with data centers, servers, storage/backup, cloud, desktop, network, telecom, mobility, and other key infrastructure technologies. Led a global team of 50 supply chain professionals located throughout multiple cities within the United States and in India, Germany, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Led a team of 17 supply chain professionals responsible for approximately $500 million in annual spend with Boeing's capital equipment and hand-held tool suppliers. In this role, I supported all capital equipment and hand-held tool purchases for all Boeing's airplane programs in the commercial and defense business units. As part of this role, I led an initiative to reduce the procurement process cycle time for a new airplane program and developed a strategy for bundling procurement packages across airplane programs at Boeing. Under this role, I reviewed and approved procurement board packages up to $50M for soliciting, negotiating and awarding contracts.

Responsible for approximately $400 million annual spend with Boeing’s external MRO suppliers. Led and managed a team of 16 supply chain professionals and approximately 160 contracted suppliers. During this time, I was also an acting senior manager for 3 months. As part of this role, I led the procurement team in strategy development and execution of an enterprise MRO sourcing strategy for 7 major commodities including safety, chemicals/gases, general MRO (fasteners, plumbing, material handling, welding, abrasives, etc.), electrical, packaging, hand & power tools and cutting tools. I aligned enterprise business partners to leverage total company spend, resulting in 10% - 15% cost savings per new contract signed. A vital part of this role was developing relationships with key business partners in multiple sites to improve the communication and working together between supply chain and our manufacturing partners in the factory. Additional successes achieved during this role were:- Implemented operating rhythm for team to manage suppliers which included quarterly business reviews, managing performance of suppliers and ongoing contract enforcement- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics added into contracts to incentivize supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost of products- Stratified MRO supply base for alignment with supplier performance management- Developed plan for team to increase use of contract catalogs within the MRO team- Managed supply chain risk through risk, issue and opportunity management - Delivered presentations to key leaders within Supply Chain and business partner organizations

Responsible for approximately $100 million annual spend for server, storage/backup, network, and data center contracts. I led and managed the negotiation team for distributed server, storage/backup and network resulting in significant cost savings. In addition, I negotiated a multi-million dollar contract for data center application migration that was instrumental to the business. During this timeframe, I was a team lead of 5 other procurement agents which involved assigning work, balancing workload, providing oversight and approval of technical approaches, and providing guidance regarding negotiation process and tools. In addition, I led and directed a peer contract audit team that involved balancing workload and personnel, resolving issues and/or conflicts and reporting results. As part of this role, I developed and maintained relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, peers, executive management and was the single supply chain point of contact for the IT Director of server and storage.

Managed approximately $140 million annual spend for desktop and print contracts and provided strategic direction/input to the IT Director responsible for desktop and print. As part of this role, I negotiated a multi-year contract for desktop hardware/services (including new "as a service" model) and managed the RFP (request for proposal) for a new multi-year print contract. In addition, I performed the following while in this role:- Successfully negotiated the transition of 7 new enterprise-wide IT services with a strategic supplier resulting in over $10 million in savings. As part of this, I managed the supply chain portion of the transition, which included leading a two-day contract review for over 100 people involved in the transition of the services.- Managed the contract for the IT help desk, including the transition to an external supplier - Successfully negotiated multi-million contract for IT services for a new site within time sensitive deadlines resulting in significant cost savings over two years- Managed 4 other procurement agents by providing oversight and guidance regarding procurement related activities- Developed and documented detailed monthly scorecard criteria for managing desktop/print supplier performance against service level agreements- Key participant in internal and external benchmark of desktop and print services

Managed multiple IT contracts including mobility, network hardware and maintenance, audio/visual, video conferencing, software development and maintenance, desktop and server hardware maintenance and server acquisition.- Negotiated infrastructure network upgrade resulting in significant cost savings- Developed strategy for a managed conference room service- Negotiated contract changes with mobility suppliers resulting in immediate cost savings- Conducted competitive bid and reverse auction for video conferencing - Managed software application development and maintenance contracts - Led team to implement supplier performance metrics with the 5 strategic application development suppliers- Managed countless RFPs for new work packages and changes to existing contracts- Team lead for other procurement agents

Hired at Boeing in March 2000 and held various positions within the Indirect Supply Chain organization supporting Information Technology during this timeframe. A key role held during this time was managing the outsourced services contract with IBM for voice and video services. As part of this role, I managed and ensured contract compliance, review and management of KPIs, and negotiated key contract changes. This is where my love of negotiations and the supply chain role all began. Another key role held during this timeframe was managing hardware maintenance contracts, including international suppliers that provided early experiences in global contracting.
