Implemented and maintained customer software and product upgrades with PACS (Picture Archival Communication Systems). Ensured radiology technologist and mammographer received continuing education for their training. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues remotely and onsite. Established policies, procedures, security, and standards during site training. Managed account executives in Women's Health Equipment Sales. Products included Lorad Mammography, Stereotactic, Bone Densitometry, and R2 Image Checker (computer aided detection for breast cancer). Territory included TN, KY, AL, and part of MS. Budget process, presentations, demonstrations and site visits were held with all women’s health accounts. Awards received in this position were Exceeding Sales Quota, Top Sales Performance (Increased capital equipment sales from 1.2 million to 3.3 million within 12 months), 7th in equipment sales, receiving an Award for Exceeding Gross Profit Quota by 125 % of plan at the 2003 National Sales Meeting.
