I’ve worked 32 hours straight upgrading critical telephony servers, secured a new EU fulfillment partner in the wake of Brexit, led the charge to get 30,000 new units into the hands of customers after an FDA recall, built an OHSA and Hazmat Communication training program to keep employees safe, and most definitely wrote copious documentation to ensure knowledge continuity as projects and resolutions wind down.
