▪ Provides administrative support to one or more executives. Proactively manage, update and maintain the executive calendars across multiple time zones with attention to accuracy and detail while recognizing the need to reprioritize as business initiatives change▪ Organize and schedule meetings and/or conferences by interacting with internal/external employees/clients to coordinate calendars, prepare materials and facilities and make necessary arrangements for web connectivity when necessary▪ Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and trip planning for both domestic and international travel▪ Prepare and process expense reports and invoices▪ Produces variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics and spreadsheetsPerforms general administrative activities including screening and directing incoming phone calls, composing and typing general correspondence including emails and prioritizing, distributing and acting on mail
