I have taught for 19 years all being in Title I schools. Teaching Expertise: I have helped in curriculum development, classroom management, and lesson planning. I effectively convey complex information to students. Differentiation: I can tailor lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed. Classroom Technology: I work with educational technology tools, such as learning management systems, online resources, and interactive whiteboards. Special Education and Inclusion: I work closely with the special education team in creating an inclusive learning environment. Professional Development: I am committed to continuous improvement. I have completed certifications to add to my licensure in Special Education and ESOL. I have completed many different certifications in technology. Collaboration: I work effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support the educational development of students. Leadership and Administration: I am the team lead of my grade level, and I am Vice President of the PTA. I have coordinated field day and other activities within the school. Adaptability: I am very flexible to the changes in educational trends and am willing to adopt new teaching methods and strategies.
