Leading Maintenance Integration and Transformation efforts for 7-Eleven’s Field Maintenance team. Responsible for strategy development and execution of new in-house maintenance regional rollouts, including advising performance to SEI Leadership, Operations and Franchisees. I direct the rollout of new Regions, manage performance, assess opportunities and solutions for improvement then provide direction for continual process and financial improvements. Direct the Maintenance Project team on strategic planning of new projects. Oversee Regional Franchise and Corporate Field Maintenance teams. Represent 7-Eleven’s NBLC Maintenance Sub-Committee and engage with regional FOA’s. Successfully rolled out in house maintenance to +5000 7-Eleven corporate and franchise locations within the US and Canada.

Led Maintenance Integration and Transformation efforts for 7-Eleven’s Field Maintenance team. Responsible for the strategic development and execution of new in house maintenance within corporate locations. Direct oversight of 4 Regional Facility Managers, 30 Area Facility Managers and +800 field technicians in support of 5000 stores. Successfully rolled out in house maintenance to 1700 7-Eleven corporate stores.

Responsible for leadership and oversight of all maintenance activities for the Midwest Division, which consisted of 1700 stores in 12 states. Directed 15 Maintenance Managers with +250 technicians reporting to them. Managed $46MM R&M and $3MM Capital budget.

Managed Transformation and Integration for the Express Mart acquisition.

Managed corporate maintenance team in support of Field Maintenance Managers, technicians and 3800 stores nationwide. Responsibilities consisted of budget preparation and management, as well as oversight of all support responsibilities. Managed the Maintenance Safety and Training, Projects, Analytical and Product Quality teams.

Managed integration and store conversions for maintenance. Responsible for staffing Managers and technicians to support east coast stores. Evaluated stores to ensure successful rebranding of the HESS locations to Speedway.

Managed Repair & Maintenance budget and established priorities for spending in support of 130 stores. Conducted project and program management activities to ensure KPI’s were met. Established working relationships with EPA, Weights & Measures and other regulatory agencies. Led a team of 15 maintenance technicians.

Managed $4.8MM Environmental Compliance Departmental Budget. Responsible for UST Regulatory Compliance for 1200 stores. Managed environmental due diligence for retail acquisitions. Led a team of 8 Environmental Professionals.

Responsible for OSHA Compliance for 1200 stores, SuperMom’s Bakery & Commissary and the Corporate Office. Led a team of 6 Safety Professionals.

Responsible for developing and administering safety programs for 700 stores, including DOT requirements for 25 maintenance technicians.
